So I went for my second run today :)

I know it doesn’t seem like much, but I’m really happy about it. I’m making my boyfriend come with me (even though he hates running) since it’s such good exercise and he wants to get in shape too. He complained pretty much the entire time… We went night running, left the house at 9;00, drove to the school’s track (I wish we could’ve run there, but it was already dark and probably not a good idea on a busy road), and ran 5 laps, plus a warm up and cool down lap, with walking breaks interspersed. I wish I”d pushed myself a little harder, but Jeff couldn’t take it (he has a bad back and knee)

It may not be the best or hardest thing, but I feel like it’s making a difference. I stopped caring about losing weight as much as I did, now I just want to be healthier. I can’t wait until the point where I can run 3 laps around without stopping, or even more than that. My goal is to run a marathon by the end of September. Also, I can’t wait til our friend gets back from China so we can start all exercising together again :)

First Workout day

I never went to bed last night… which was definitely not a good thing. Decided to get up at 5:30, made an egg wrap with broccoli and onion, ate like 3 bites of it and decided I was full… Put some lemon water in the fridge and went upstairs for a bit. I left for my run at 6:45, jogged a mile to my old high school’s track and looped it three times before calling it quits for the day… at 7:30am. The time alone disgusts me… Oh, and it was already 90degrees outside. How it gets that hot that fast I have no idea. 

And I’ve pretty much been running around like crazy all day. Funfunfun… work starts tomorrow -.- At least I’ll get some heavy lifting and my heart rate up (though that part=not a good thing). I am really glad I put in the effort to run today though. It felt so good stretching muscles I haven’t worked in months :)

How Many Calories Do You Consume A Day? as of yesterday, about 1900-2300 depending. But I’m cutting down drastically. I’m trying not to focus so much on the calories as about the types of food I’m eating

I know you’re supposed to in the morning, but i just can’t get all into it :( I LOVE nighttime workouts, I get to come home, shower and pass out :)

I have a playlist thats all Rise Against, Breaking Benjamin, 10 Years and Three Days Grace that gets me really into it

either I go jogging or I drive to santi’s

i don’t know… just because I get really busy, but i do love the feeling after.

listening to my music and trying to keep my breaths steady enough to sing along X)

used to be 4, now I’m aiming for every day at least a little bit

Wanting to look good for my fiancee :)

Used to be with Jeff and Santi, now I’m doing it alone. Maybe we’ll all start again when Santi’s back from china

I couldn’t do one single chin up….
